Optional Hikes/Walks: Must arrive 30min ahead of hike start if participating in a guided hike

   10:00 am Sundance Circle - 2hrs (must be 12 years or older)

   10:30 am Site Tour Hike – 1hr

   10:30 am Trials Rock Hike - 1.5hr

 

12:00 pm Welcome / Lunch

 

Afternoon Programming: Arts Crafts + Archery around Eagle Lodge

 

1:30 pm Ball Hockey Tournament

 

4:30 - 5:00 pm Campfire

 

5:30 pm Banquet Dinner and Silent Auction Starts

 

7:00 pm Kids Movie w/ Supervision

 

8:45 pm Silent Auction and Live Auction End

 

9:00 pm Pick-up Kids

 

9:30 pm Live Band
